1. Return Eligibility

You can return items purchased from Shape Luxe within 07-days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Shapeluxestore@gmail.com or through our contact page.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Opened or used personal care products.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
